Tomix Building (Structure) Series. This is a standard type of condominium that suits the urban layout.
Features
- A 5-story apartment building
- The exterior wall tiles are reproduced in the commonly seen brown color
- Assembly structure of the 1st floor + 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors + top floor
- The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are removed This allows the building to be changed to a 2-4 story building.
- It is also possible to increase the height to 5 or more stories by purchasing multiple buildings.
- You can select from the included stickers such as the apartment name.
