How Supplier Direct Orders Work

What is a Supplier Direct order? Some products aren't currently in our store, but are available through our supplier. With a Supplier Direct order, we place the order with our supplier on your behalf — you can choose to have it shipped to your door, or held for pickup at our store.

How long will it take? Supplier Direct orders typically take 5–10 business days to arrive with us or reach you, depending on the supplier's dispatch schedule and your location. You'll be notified as soon as your order is ready.

Store Pickup: If you select store pickup, we'll contact you once your item has arrived in store and is ready for collection. Please don't come in before you receive that notification, as the item ships to us first before being available for pickup.

Will the price change? The price you pay at checkout is the price you'll be charged. In rare cases where a supplier price change affects your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Can I return it? Yes — Supplier Direct orders are covered by our standard returns policy. If the item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
