Please choose carefully, paying special attention to the type of use and the age of the user of your new model, RC models are designed to be tough, but everything has its limits and we cannot be held responsible for damages that result from when those limits are exceeded. We have no way of telling what a model has been subjected to once it leaves the store / warehouse. Your consumer rights are not affected.
