An Invaluable Presence
With over 70,000 produced between 1937 and 1944, the 3ton 4x2 German cargo truck was a vital cog in the operations of WWII German forces. It featured a simple rear wheel-drive chassis with a 68hp engine, which enabled a maximum on-road speed of 85km/h and a range of 320km. Such performance, coupled with its superb load-carrying capacity and reliability, saw this invaluable truck supplied to units on all fronts and hauling vital supplies and fuel.

Vehicle Body (Early-War Grey Scheme — 1937 to mid-1943)
- Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-63 German Grey — primary body colour for the standard Dunkelgrau finish
- Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-1 Flat Black — tyres, exhaust, and deep shadow areas
- Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-57 Buff — dry-brush highlight for a dusty, road-worn finish
- Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-52 Flat Earth — mud and earth weathering on lower chassis and wheels
Vehicle Body (Mid/Late-War Yellow Scheme — mid-1943 onwards)
- Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-60 Dark Yellow — Dunkelgelb base coat for mid/late-war vehicles
- Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-1 Flat Black — tyres, exhaust, and shadow details
