Build one of WWII's most formidable Luftwaffe fighters in 1/48 scale. The Fw 190 A-3 shocked the Allies when it entered service, outclassing the RAF's Spitfire Mk.V and forcing the accelerated development of the Mk.IX. Powered by a distinctive BMW radial engine and heavily armed, it served alongside the Bf 109 as a primary German fighter from the mid-war period through to 1945. Tamiya's kit faithfully reproduces the A-3 variant with fine surface detail and an accurately depicted radial engine.
