This 1/35 scale plastic model kit faithfully recreates the M24 Chaffee as it appeared in the European theatre during World War II. Packed with fine detail, photo-etched parts, and two crew figures, it’s an excellent build for intermediate and advanced modellers.
About the M24 Chaffee
Developed as the successor to the M3 and M5 Stuart light tanks, the M24 Chaffee was formally adopted in 1944. It featured sloped armour, a powerful 75mm main gun originally developed for the B-25 bomber, and torsion bar suspension for improved mobility. The Chaffee saw action across France, Western Europe, and Italy before going on to serve in the Korean War and the Indochina War.
