Recreate one of WWII's most famous command vehicles in 1/35 scale. The Sd.Kfz. 250/3 “Greif” (Griffin) was a light armoured half-track used by General Rommel during the North Africa campaign, most notably at the Battle of Tobruk in June 1942. Built on the 1-ton half-track chassis with 14.5mm front armour and 8mm side armour, the vehicle was lightened by removing one torsion bar shaft and one pair of track rollers. The name “Greif” — the winged griffin of Greek mythology — was painted on its sides, making it one of the most recognisable command vehicles of the war.
