An essential addition to any WWII or modern military diorama build.

What You'll Need
Glue and paint are required and sold separately. This is a model kit accessory, not a toy.
Recommended Acrylic Paints
The following Tamiya acrylic paints are recommended for completing this scenery set.
Base Brick & Stone Colours
To add realistic tonal variety to individual bricks and the top stone capping blocks:
- XF-64 Red Brown: The ideal primary base colour for classic European red clay bricks.
- XF-9 Hull Red: A darker, burnt-red shade used to paint random individual bricks for natural variance.
- XF-52 Flat Earth: Useful for representing older, dirty bricks or sandy-toned variants.
- XF-20 Medium Grey or XF-19 Sky Grey: Used to paint the concrete/stone capping slabs along the top sections of the walls.
Mortar & Concrete Lines
To fill the recessed lines between the brickwork:
- XF-2 Flat White: Mixed with a touch of grey or buff to simulate fresh white mortar lines.
- XF-57 Buff: Perfect for simulating aged, sandy, or lime-based mortar common in older structures.
Weathering & Battle Damage
To create depth, shadows, soot, or environmental staining across the structure:
- XF-1 Flat Black: Diluted heavily with thinner to create a wash for deep shadows, soot from explosions, or general urban grime.
- XF-55 Deck Tan: Used lightly via dry-brushing over brick edges to simulate chipped ceramic and dust.
Alternative Weathering Option
Tamiya Weathering Master B Set: Instead of liquid paints, this pigment set contains dry Soot and Rust powders that can be brushed directly onto wall surfaces for realistic shading without the need for thinners or brushes.
