Tamiya 1/24 Mazda RX-7 R1 (FD3S) – Scale Model Kit
The third-generation Mazda RX-7 (FD3S) debuted in October 1991, captivating the world with its iconic flowing curves and near-perfect 50:50 weight distribution. North American sales launched in 1993, with the R1 grade standing out thanks to front and rear spoilers, a strut tower bar, and sport shocks — capable of 0–60 mph in just 5.5 seconds and a quarter-mile in 14 seconds.
This Tamiya 1/24 kit recreates the high-performance R1 variant in stunning detail, right down to the twin-rotor engine bay.
