RC10 2025 METALLIC EDITION KIT - Pre-order $699.99
On December 5th, 1984 the All-American designed Team Associated RC10 was introduced to the RC world. Being the first to take home the gold in both the ROAR National and IFMAR 2WD World Championships, the RC10 secured its place as a legend in RC car history. This year (2025) marks the 41st anniversary of the RC10 and we are proud to offer this special limited 2025 Metallic Edition kit. Staying true to the original, this anniversary kit features the same race car technology introduced in the 80s. It’s that innovation that has kept Team Associated on top of the RC car racing world for the past 41 years.
THE TEAM DOES IT IN THE DIRTA RACE CAR, NOT A TOY. Sure, you’ve heard that before. But Team Associated designs and engineers model RACE cars.
RACE-WINNING ENGINEERING
For maximum traction, the RC10 suspension is damped by long throw, fluid-filled racing shocks, using machined alloy cylinders and drill blank shafts for silky smooth action.
Simulated gold plating on competition modular wheels
True gold anodized factory chassis etched with iconic AE logo and Team Associated Race font!
RACE-WINNING DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE
The RC10 started as the vision of Team Associated’s founder Roger Curtis (RC) and became one of the most iconic RC cars in history.
In celebration of the 41st anniversary of the original RC10, we are proud to bring to you the RC10 2025 Metallic Edition kit, a faithful reproduction of Roger’s world championship-winning design that changed the world of RC off road racing forever.

The design and construction of the RC10 is totally unique to electric off-road cars, featuring a rigid alloy monocoque tub with fully adjustable suspension. Included are Associated’s custom coil-over aluminum racing shocks, VariLok differential and modular 3-piece clamping wheels.
Engineered for easy assembly and maintenance, the RC10 is also easy to drive over all kinds of terrain. The rugged nylon suspension and alloy tub are tough enough to handle bumps and crashes of beginners as well as intense wheel-to-wheel action.
So buckle up and go off-road racing with the Team. The Associated RC10 2025 Metallic Edition is ready to take on the competition.
Full race rear suspension includes durable dog bone and stub axle drivetrain with pinned modular wheels. Quick release knockoff design provides fast, accurate alignment. Low profile gearbox uses VariLok adjustable diff and is protected by an integrated motor/heat sink.
Independent suspension with coil-over shocks help smooth out the bumps. Precision molded nylon suspension components can be easily custom color dyed. A-Arm/Ball joint design permits static camber, camber rise, caster, ride height and spring rate tuning to suit every type of track.

What are pre-orders? Pre-orders, are an order for a product placed before it is available for purchase.
What are back-orders? Back-Orders allow you to place an order for a product, that is temporarily out of stock.
How much are pre-orders / back-orders? Prices may vary slighlty (from what was paid on the day of the order). Whilst we try to maintain the lowest possible price, factors such as supplier price and exchange rate fluctuations, could affect the final price when we receive it in store.
Note: Pre-orders could in some cases be a deposit price, without any knowledge of a final price from the Supplier or Manufacturer. In all cases you will be notified if there is a significant price change, from what was originally paid, before shipping.
How long do I have to wait for my pre-order / back-order? All
orders will be shipped once stock has arrived and full payment has been made, with the exception of Manufacturer Release Dates on some Pre-order Products. Waiting time depends on many factors, which are mostly out of our control. They could be for example, Manufacturing delays (due to global pandemics), Supplier shortages, or shipping delays.
Why am I being charged for my pre-order/back-order, even though the product isn’t released/re-stocked yet? This is pre-payment for an item's payment and delivery costs that isn’t released yet to ensure as soon as it arrives your order can be fulfilled and sent out to you a.s.a.p. Not all orders will be charged shipping depending on size, and total order amount (see our website for current shipping to find out more and our shipping policy for more information).
