The MN Model 1/18 Unimog 4WD RC Crawler is a 1:18 scale, RTR (Ready-to-Run) micro crawler featuring a durable, heavy-duty metal body and a 2-speed transmission. It is equipped with portal axles, 4WD, and a 180-sized brushed motor, delivering excellent low-speed crawling torque. Experience realistic, detailed aesthetics with working lights in this capable off-road performer.
Key Features and Performance
- Design: Features a detailed, rugged die-cast metal body, including a cab with a cage, flatbed, snorkel, and, in some versions, a camper bed.
- Performance: Uses portal axles for better ground clearance and 4WD for off-road capability. The 2-speed transmission allows switching between higher speeds and lower-speed crawling.
- Suspension & Tires: The truck comes with stiff, non-oil-filled, plastic-capped shocks that can be bouncy, though a softer set of springs is typically included. The tires are rubber, but can be hard and lack foam inserts.
- Electronics: 2.4GHz radio system for proportional steering and throttle. It features functional LED lights, including headlights, indicators, and hazards.
- Power: Powered by a 7.4V 500mAh Li-ion battery, providing approximately 45 minutes of runtime.
- Chassis: The chassis is plastic, but the drivetrain, including the axles, features metal gears.
