Italeri 007078 1/72 ScaleT-34/76 Model 1943 Soviet Tank
Italeri have done it again with an exceptional T-34 in 1/72 Scale!
With good detail, great fit, five unique decal options and additional parts to recreate the 1943 model of T-34, This is one of the best T-34 kits in 1/72 Scale. The T-34 is one of the most famous tanks produced during WW2 and was the backbone of the Soviet Army during this conflict. Its famous for its distinct all round sloped armor on its hull to improve the chance of enemy shells ricochet off the tank and its notorious Christie suspension which promised high off road speeds at the expense of crew space.
This particular kit focuses on the model 1943 which utilised a 'hexagonal' turret which improved crew comfort and was more importantly far cheaper and simpler to produce than the earlier turret design. Some of these T-34s where also equipped with a cupola for the commander, similar to ones used on German tanks to give the commander a somewhat limited but still very useful all round vision.
This kit also contains a full set of steel and earlier rubber road wheels and several accessories allowing you to create a unique and accurate model of the T-34 and all its iconic features.
