Continuation of Zvezda's "assembly without glue" series. This time the famous German Bf109 F-2.

Nicknamed Friedrich, the Bf109 F series featured a new DB 601E inverted V12 engine and a newly designed aerodynamic cowling over the engine. The F-2 series fighters were equipped with a 15 mm Mauser MG 151/15 machine gun with 200 rounds of ammunition. The ammunition belt was located at the base of the wing from where the cartridges entered the machine gun mounted in the nose. Serial production of the Bf109 F-2 was carried out at the factories WNF, Messerschmitt AG, AGO, Erla and Arado. The F-2 would be used heavily on the Eastern Front, and Zvezda has included two schemes from this theatre of war. This kit has fantastic details and is easy to assemble.
